Transfer of Membership:

Members at Highland Woods have the option to transfer the use of amenities to their tenants. The transfer of membership fee is $692.25 payable to the Master association and the transfer is for no less than thirty days. Separate approval is required from the appropriate property management company, listed below. We ask at least 30 days’ notice for rental transfers.
