Transfer of Membership
Members at Highland Woods have the option to transfer their amenity privileges to their tenant(s) for use of all amenities such as golf, dining, Bocce, Racquet sports, pools, spas, fitness, etc. Transfer of Membership is required for the tenant(s) to access Club amenities beyond the Members residential unit. The Transfer of Membership Fee is tiered depending on the length of stay and made payable to the Master Association. The Transfer of Membership must be for a minimum of thirty (30) days. Separate approval may be required from the appropriate Property Management company, listed below.
This completed form signed by the homeowner and/or agent must be submitted to the Administration Office no less then thirty (30) days prior to the transfer date.
